Is everything vegan?

Yes! We have never introduced any animal products or by-products into our facility and never will that means everything is without dairy and eggs.

Is everything gluten free?

Nope. We have a gluten free selection but we are not a dedicated gluten free facility so there is always the possibility for cross contamination even if we try our very best to disinfect and use separate tools for our non-gluten free and gluten free items. For the safety of our customers, we test gluten free items once a month for cross-contamination. The good news? Our products are generally <5ppm.

Do you have an ingredient list?

We do not publish our ingredient lists as we would not want to give away our Secret Krabby Patty Formula! However, if there are ingredients you are concerned about, feel free to give us a call or send us an email.

Do you deliver outside of Calgary?

At this time we do not have the capacity to deliver outside of the city limits. We are working on it though!

Do you deliver cakes?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver cakes or cupcakes due to our third party delivery service's track record with smashed cakes and upside down cupcakes. Better safe than sorry so you'll need to pick them up!

Can I cancel my order?

You sure can. If you are undecided or you changed your mind, you can always call the store or send us an email up to 24 hours before your order pickup.

Do I have to pre-order my cake? How long does it take?

If you are ordering an in-season cake from our menu we require a minimum of three (3) full business days (not to be confused with calendar days). If you are short on time, feel free to visit us in-store to see what we have in stock. Please do not call or e-mail us to place an order for an in-season cake as we exclusively only take these orders through our website.

What are your common allergens?

Good news, we are a peanut and cashew-free facility! However, we do use a variety of other tree nuts. As with many other vegan products, we use soy and wheat in most of our products.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

If you placed an order online and you received an order number, chances are that your order went through so there is no need to call us. However, if you received an order number but your card has not be charged, please send us an email to confirm everything is good on our end.

Custom Orders

What is considered a custom order?

All changes to cakes or custom flavours that are not offered from our current in-season menu are considered custom orders. All cake flavours that we have made but are not on our in-season menu are considered custom flavours as we no longer have the ingredients to create those cakes so we have to outsource them. Writing on cakes is not a custom change and you can add this modification to any of our in-season cakes when you order online for a fee. Any additional designs, shapes, colour modifications, flavour modifications, and fondant are all considered customizations and come with an added cost.

Can I submit my custom order via your webstore?

No. All custom orders must must go through a request process to see if it is something we are capable of fulfilling. Please fill out the Custom Quote Request Form

I want to submit a custom order, how long in advance should I submit my order?

For large cakes (two tiers or more) and wedding cakes, we require a minimum of 10 business days (not to be confused with calendar days). For all other smaller custom orders, we require a minimum of five (7) business days (again, not be confused with calendar days). Please complete the Custom Quote Request Form.
